Open large files using Text Editor by default

Sometimes large CIF specifications are generated, for example by using "explore untimed state space" function. When these files are >10MB, Eclipse often freezes when opening the file with CIF 3 Text Editor. Eclipse needs to be restarted. The files can be opened fine using the Text Editor in Eclipse. The suggestion is to use the Text Editor instead of the CIF 3 Text Editor by default when opening a .cif file that is larger than 10MB.
