CIF to CIF merge enums documentation annotation section is wrong

In commit 8733541e of !872 (merged) for #593 (closed), I wanted to copy over the annotations documentation section from one linearization transformation to the other, but by accident I put it in the merge enumerations transformation documentation (it is the file just after the linearization documentation files). The original text should be restored, and it should be checked whether it is still up-to-date.
