PLCgen: incorporate scaling of the analog signals for S7

Usually the analog signals from the Analog Input need to be scaled. For this we can use we can use the scaling function (in S7-300/400) - see below. I suggest to incorporate scaling of the analog signals for S7 in the IO table file.
