Move CIF simulator text formatting / print declarations documentation partially to CIF language tutorial and reference manual

Similar to #1015 (closed), which is about CIF/SVG declarations, we should also move the information about print declarations and text formatting to the CIF language tutorial and reference manual, as far as it is not simulator specific. I expected this to be easier for print declarations, since it is also split in a tutorial and reference part.
