CIF execution scheme: change whether certain CIF to CIF transformations remove the controller properties annotation

Remove it additionally in the following CIF to CIF transformations:

• Anonymize names
• Eliminate groups
• Lift events

No longer remove it in the following CIF to CIF transformations:

• Linearize merge
