PlauntUml view not available

In the documentation (under Help) for Generation of UML diagrams, it is said: "To open the viewer go to, Window → Show View → PlantUml → PlantUml". However, there is no such menu item. I'm using the version from https://download.eclipse.org/comma/v0.1.0.RC1/product/eclipse-commasuite-incubation-ide-0.1.0.RC1-win32.win32.x86_64.zip
