Is there an official documentation online?

After spending 20 minutes, I'm still unable to know whether there is an official version of the documentation online. https://asciidoc.org/ begins by stating that the python implementation is outdated. It does not state whether the remaining is valid or not. Eclipse and gitlab main page do not give any link to an official compiled doc. I strongly suggest if such a compiled version is online to give a link to it. Otherwise, to explicitly state that it does not exists and that the only two options available is looking at the files in the source or compiling it individually. (in the former case, knowing by which file to start the reading would be nice too)
