Repo naming

I wonder if ESP32 is the right name for this repository. Indeed, it is a large family of components, based on different cores. Since this export targets Xtensa base, I would suggest to rename it aidge_export_xtensa, to be consistant with other exports naming. Another repo targeting RISC-V cores could be later created, aidge_export_riscv.
