Benchmark CLI need a verbose option

Benchmark CLI don't propose a verbose option which is annoying because in debug mode we are spammed with WARNING ... I propose to reuse the code in https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/aidge/aidge_onnx/-/blob/main/aidge_onnx/simplifier.py?ref_type=heads#L225-233.
