Consider additional recognition badges
As mentioned in #62 (closed), we will focus here only on the different badges that could be created for contributors and committers, and discuss about their interest and difficulty to manage.
Here is a first list of them:
- Committer Badge – For those who achieve committer status.
 - Long-time Committer – Recognizing long-term committers (e.g., 3+ years).
 - Frequent Committer – For committers with a high level of contributions over a defined period.
 - Mentor Badge – For committers who actively onboard and mentor new contributors.
 - Eclipse Contributor – For anyone who has contributed code, docs, or other improvements.
 - First Contribution Badge – To celebrate a contributor’s first accepted PR/patch.
 - Good First Issue Solver – For contributors who tackle issues labeled "good first issue."
 - Documentation Champion – For those who contribute significantly to documentation.
 - Bug Fixer – For contributors who resolve a significant number of issues.
