Consider additional recognition badges

As mentioned in #62 (closed), we will focus here only on the different badges that could be created for contributors and committers, and discuss about their interest and difficulty to manage.

Here is a first list of them:

  • Committer Badge – For those who achieve committer status.
  • Long-time Committer – Recognizing long-term committers (e.g., 3+ years).
  • Frequent Committer – For committers with a high level of contributions over a defined period.
  • Mentor Badge – For committers who actively onboard and mentor new contributors.
  • Eclipse Contributor – For anyone who has contributed code, docs, or other improvements.
  • First Contribution Badge – To celebrate a contributor’s first accepted PR/patch.
  • Good First Issue Solver – For contributors who tackle issues labeled "good first issue."
  • Documentation Champion – For those who contribute significantly to documentation.
  • Bug Fixer – For contributors who resolve a significant number of issues.
