Hdag descriptor v0.2.0

Proposal for new descriptor:

• Unification of intent and HDAG descriptor.
  • Intent still needs to be translated at deployment time
  • I have only included 1 of the possible options to express intent
• Adoption of Event-based deployment based on UC requirements (Tag Leonardo)
• Cleaner exposure of what is "configurable" in a service (VO, app etc) at deployment time.
• Working on how this is used by a HDAG developer. Initial idea based on a few inputs provided either via CLI or via the dashboard
