Normalization based on the real intervals

Necessity to normalize the values based on pre-defined intervals after agreement of these values in WP4 meeting. The normalization affects PDLC-RL and PDLC-CA.

The metrics needs to be normalized are:

• oNodeBand-Width -> to be provided by TID/UC3M
• uLinknergy -> to be provided by FOR
• uNodeNetFailure -> (explanation: Sum of elink_failure and link_failure)its sum (we cannot provide) therefore to set a common very big value
• avgNodeEnergy -> to be provided by FOR FOR No fixed max, Depends on hardware. References to be checked i.e., rpi what would be min/max it depends on the hardware
