Rename field “minBandwidth”

A channel’s field minBandwidth should be renamed to bandwidth. The reason is that for assured channels the specified bandwidth is usually the bandwidth that is guaranteed by the network. In this case the given value is the maximum value and not a minimum value. The term minBandwidth is not something obvious to the user.
