resolves #6 use the term "pair" instead of "set" when referring to complements (PR #16)

* replace formatting set with formatting pair
* replace (un)constrained set with (un)constrained pair
* replace set of brackets with pair of brackets
* replace set of delimited lines with pair of delimited lines
* revise overview page for text formatting and punctuation
