Explain use of clonetb script

In a discussion in pull-request #18 it was pointed out that CONTRIBUTING should mention core-v-verif, and the cv32e40x/dev branch as well as explaining the use of the the bin/clonetb script (as described in the README of the core-v-verif/cv32e40x/ directory).
