[DOC] Docs updates regardig: - Old references from Ibex when CVE2 should be written, exclusively for the docs part for now though. - Commented out or removed reference to example tests or code that were removed from the project. - Updated the funding and support information, mentioning TRISTAN. - Reference to the CV-X-IF optional support, mentioning it as a separate configuration (cv32e20X) and that it is not (currently) on the verification plans. - Updated references from the OpenHW Group to the OpenHW Foundation on the docs
