The _Notifications_ page appears to be misbehaving. I start here by clicking on "Notifications": {width=346 height=331} The page appears as such: {width=797 height=600} The table header appears to be out of place (one of the rows appears above the header). I assume that my view might be different because of my extended privileges on the system, but I am not a PMC member for any of the listed elections or reviews, so these notifications aren't for me. Having said that, me being able to see everything that we're asking PMCs to do is desirable. The important bit, I think, is that every item on the list is more than two years old, and the "Seen" column doesn't change. I assume that there may be a caching issue... A member of the Automotive PMC has [stated](https://www.eclipse.org/lists/automotive-pmc/msg01158.html) that the page is empty for them. /fyi @mdelgado624 @carmendelgado @bbaldassari2kd
