Update the help text for the **Project Name** field to provide clearer guidance on selecting a valid project name and reduce the number of naming issues identified during the project review process.
### Proposed Description
> Choose a unique and descriptive project name that follows Eclipse Foundation naming policies. The name must not include dashes, special symbols, or trademarked/common technology names from other projects or ecosystems (for example Java, Kubernetes, Docker, or similar terms). Prefer short, memorable names that are easy to pronounce and identify as independent Eclipse projects.
