There have been a couple incidents lately where completed elections don't seem to have either created LCC requests, or some other part of the workflow has broken down. The best active example is: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/emo-team/emo/-/issues/1050 where an election for a SageTea committer seems to be complete but doesn't appear to have sent notices or created LCC records. /cc @skilpatrick
