When we, for example, assemble a list of projects that operate under the purview of a working group (for, say, a working group webpage), that list should automatically exclude archived projects. Likewise, any project list based on technology type or similar, should automatically exclude archived projects. For that matter, project search should automatically exclude archived projects. Perhaps an option can be provided to grant consumers/users the ability to include archived projects in results. The default should be to exclude them.
