I am not able to start an election to Nominate a Project Lead for [Eclipse Che](https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/ecd.che)

- Login to https://accounts.eclipse.org/user/login
- Navigate to https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/ecd.che
- Click on the "Nominate a Project Lead" Link
## What is the current bug behavior?
I am redirected to an [Access Denied page](https://projects.eclipse.org/access-denied)
## What is the expected correct behavior?
Redirected to the page to start the nomination of a new Project Lead
