Access denied for CDT election page
## Summary
The link for a recent election on Eclipse CDT (tools.cdt) gives a 403 error: https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/tools.cdt/elections/election-gesa-hentschke-committer-eclipse-cdt%E2%84%A2-cc-development-tooling
That link was working a few days ago, but looks like it stopped once the election was concluded.
