The [link](https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/polarsys.capella/elections/election-frederic-madiot-committer-eclipse-capella%E2%84%A2) for the vote to Frederic Madiot on Capella is down ("403 - Access denied") and it seems to be the same for other elections ([Ed Merks on EPP](https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.packaging/elections/election-ed-merks-committer-eclipse-packaging-project%E2%84%A2)).
Can you confirm ? What is the impact on the votes (duration...)?
