eclipsefdn.adopters.js has empty adopters json since last updates

Describe the bug The JavaScript plugin which shall be used to include adopters on project sites delivers no longer adopters since today.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open https://iot.eclipse.org/assets/js/eclipsefdn.adopters.js
2. See that no adopters are there: var json_adopters = '';

Expected behavior All Eclipse IoT adopters should be included so that the JavaScript plugin works as described
