Deprecate the old sponsors thank you page

Looking at other Sponsorship processes, we have found an old page: https://www.eclipse.org/org/foundation/thankyou/. After looking at the listing, as we are working on displaying all the sponsors' logos on the new page: https://www.eclipse.org/org/our-sponsors/

We can deprecate the old thank-you page.
