Improve accessibility of our compiled main pages

A quick report was done using a trial version of an online crawler to see where our site is at for accessibility. The current picture overall is fairly good, though there are some areas that we can address, namely the following:

• skip link is broken
• missing roles on some anchor tags
• anchor/aria-label mismatches

We are overall in a good state, though it may be a good idea to set up a yearly internal audit of our sites so we can keep on top of this.
