Create and Add a Simple Membership Process Flow Chart

@flzara shared some membership feedback suggesting we publish a simple process chart to illustrate how straightforward our membership process is.

We would like to create a simpler flow chart or graphic that we can embed on https://www.eclipse.org/membership/#tab-membership. That page is quite text-heavy and could benefit from having some graphical elements to support the content!

@sgiacomoni2as - I am thinking that we will need help from a graphic designer to create a nice looking flow chart.
