We need to investigate why the download counts for the _Files_ content type are not being updated in the same way as they are for _Packages_. Looking at the following endpoint:\ https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/admin/release_tracker/json/2026-06%20m2/all We can clearly see that the _File_ `download_count` value is not accurate when compared to the _Package_ `download_count` value.
