Update the Checksums section of the packages

While gathering feedback following the Drupal 10 migration, it was noted that the checksums section is outdated.

Requested improvements

• Include additional platforms that are currently missing, such as Aarch64 and Riscv64, not just x86-64.
• Update labels to clearly indicate which architecture they refer to (e.g., specify “Aarch64 64-bit” instead of just “64-bit”).
• Update the Mac label to use the modern name “macOS” instead of “Mac Cocoa.”
• Add links to the latest sha512 checksum files, in addition to the existing sha1 and md5 links.
