Highlight the article “The Active Ecosystem of Eclipse Theia Adopters” on the ECDTools website

Context
A new article has been published on eclipse.org showcasing the strong adoption momentum of Eclipse Theia:

This article answers one of the most common questions we get: “Who is actually adopting Theia?”
It highlights a wide range of adopters (Arduino, Texas Instruments, Arm, Samsung, IBM, etc.) and demonstrates the rapid growth of the Theia ecosystem.

🎯 Goals

  1. Feature the article on the ECDTools homepage (https://ecdtools.eclipse.org/)

    • Use the same look & feel as the featured articles on https://www.eclipse.org/topics/ide/
    • Include the preview image style used for the “Eclipse in Action” articles on eclipse.org
  2. Add a link to the article on the “Adopters” page:
    https://ecdtools.eclipse.org/adopters/

    • Place it in a visually consistent block or tile
    • Match the design used for the “Eclipse in Action” previews (image + title + short summary + “Read more” button)
    • (nice to have) If possible, include both “Eclipse in Action” articles in the same section for visual coherence.

💡 Additional notes

  • No new artwork needed — reuse the existing preview or the placeholder used on eclipse.org/topics/ide/.
  • The goal is to increase visibility of Eclipse Theia and ensure visual and editorial consistency between eclipse.org/topics/ide and ecdtools.eclipse.org.
