chore: upgrade dependencies

Resolves vulnerabilities.

There are four that cannot be fixed yet but I consider them as low risk.

One could be resolved if we upgrade major versions for Mock Service Worker. However, they made large changes to their API so this will take some time.

Two of them have no effect whatsoever as their vulnerability is exposing source code.
