Create new widget for creating a member list for SIG members

Using the new membership.eclipse.org endpoint for SIG members (https://membership.eclipse.org/api/special-interest-groups/threadx/organizations), we need a new widget to list these member logos to be used on SIG pages, with https://sdv.eclipse.org/special-interest-groups/automotive-processes/ being an example of the currently hardcoded member lists.
