We would like to have a `eclipsefdn-security` team to be created in all GH orgs that the sync script currently manages. It does not seem to be really "encodable" with the current [static teams file](https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/it/webdev/eclipsefdn-vc-tools/-/blob/master/src/teams/static.json). I just would to encode the Foundation's staff that will be part of the security team in a single place, and be able to rely on the team name in OtterDog.
