fix: Update the standing report output to match feedback

  • fix: Update the standing report output to match feedback

Adds the following changes:

  • Sort table by username to group associated records for easier processing.
  • Link username to FoundationDB documents for user
  • Link project name to PMI landing page for project
  • Add additional recipient (emo-records as well as emo default)
