Enable Discussions

It would probably be good to enable discussions here to be able to ask questions...

My question is specifically about how to enable discussions. When I look at Oomph's configuration

I don't see what it is that specially enables discussions for the repositories. I'd expect maybe a hasDiscussions property.

So I don't know how to enable discussions for any of Orbit's repositories:

Maybe it's not yet configurable and I need to open a helpdesk request?
