As a result of abusive and unreasonable anonymous traffic patterns, we're now requiring authentication to access some GitLab pages and content. We will investigate further to determine if these changes are permanent or temporary.

It happens occasionally that repositories should be renamed. It would be nice if otterdog would support that as well. The repository name is used as identifier, thus we need to have a way to specify a previous name so that otterdog can associate the definition of the new repo with the old name.
