Switch to go-jsonnet

We should switch to using go-jsonnet. This would allow us to use more recent versions more easily and would also improve speed as the go version is in general more performant and probably also more stable. It is maintained by the same engineers and they suggest themselves to use the go version instead of the original jsonnet.
