Retire the "Future Releases" page
I created this page a while ago as an experiment to help with prioritisation of intellectual property review and to alert the EMO about planned releases.
https://www.eclipse.org/projects/tools/future-releases.php
The script leverages the release information that is harvested by the Dash process (and stored in the dashboard database) from the PMI, which tends to be incomplete for many (most) projects as more projects leverage the notion of releases in GitHub.
The script also leverages IPLab information which is also harvested by the Dash process, to tell the IP Team what issues are outstanding for the project.
The page is intentionally not linked from anywhere else in the site as it is not for general use.
I'm pretty sure that nobody actually uses and we can just delete it.
I do think that we need something like this, but this script is incomplete and in the wrong place. If we do decide to just delete it, I expect that we'll want to create it in another form at some point.
@skilpatrick @rahulmohang @mdelgado624 do any of you use this page?
