Add new "Technology type" tag to filter projects

Looking at the EF List of projects and the rankings we do usually monthly on active projects, Tractus-X is always top of the list. While it is true it is an Automotive project, the technology they use is Dataspaces. Having them associated with this tag will help the Eclipse Dataspaces Working Group a lot as we can showcase adoption and activity.

Therefore, can we add a new "Technology Type" tag for Dataspaces? If we do so, this is the list of projects that would have to be included in that category:

• Eclipse Tractus-X
• Eclipse Dataspace Components
• Eclipse Dataspace TCK
• Eclipse Dataspace Protocol
• Eclipse Dataspace Decentralized Claims Protocol
• Eclipse Conformity Assessment Policy and Credential Profile
• Eclipse Data Rights Policies Profile (DRP)
