Committer paperwork confirmation banner not displayed when creating a project in the PMI

After creating the Eclipse Disuko project, I noticed that no confirmation message appeared indicating that the committer paperwork had been sent. Additionally, I was unable to locate any paperwork for the project in the Committer Paperwork list.

Today, I can see that the paperwork was created. So I'm not sure this is actually an issue or just a glitch in the PMI. I'll keep my eyes open next time I have to go through a creation.
