Project List is not working properly

On the bottom of all projects there is an Link to the RSS feed: (https://projects.eclipse.org/list-of-projects.xml)

This results in an incomplete list of Projects.

@cguindon suggested in Slack already to may get rid of it, as there is already a proper API for it: https://projects.eclipse.org/api/projects
