Add AI tag to a list of AI-related projects

We'd like to add a link to all of the AI-related projects on our upcoming AI @ Eclipse Foundation webpage. The best page for to point to is: https://projects.eclipse.org/technology-type/artificial-intelligence

However, there are a few projects that are relevant to AI (as listed here) that are missing the "Artificial Intelligence" tag. Can we add that tag to these projects?
