Security Team section needs improvement
The "Security Team" section on the "Who's Involved" looks out of place to me. That is, the visual treatment is very different from the other sections and lacks context.
We should use direct language.
e.g. (expressed in markdown in an attempt to concisely describe a possible solution),
## Security Team
All committers and project leads are members of this project's security team.At very least, we should probably include a link to content that describes the nature of a Security Team (https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/#projects-security-team). An argument can be made that this applies to the other sections as well: that is, we should include a link to the project leads, committers, and contributors content in the handbook in each of the corresponding sections on this page.
