The link or the name of the button "Other Packages" is not relevant

On the main page of https://eclipseide.org/ there is a button "Other Packages" which is linked to the pages of the other releases... (https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release)... we should be bound directly to this page : https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/
