Update information about community support channels
The EMO fields a lot of questions about the Eclipse IDE. In the best case, we're able to respond within a few hours and point them to other channels. It would be better for our community to avoid that indirection. IMHO, support links should be more visible on the page. As an experienced user of the page, it took me an embarrassingly long time to find the link to the Getting Started/Support link under the Resources menu.
When I did find the Getting Started page, I noticed that it still points to the newcomer forum.
My understanding is that all of the cool kids are hanging out on Matrix. Shouldn't we change this to point there?

IMHO, we should try to consistently refer to it as "community support" to avoid the expectations that come from product support.
