Eclipse IDE WG website - adding testimonials

Summary

The Eclipse IDE WG would like to add some member testimonials to our webpage (https://eclipseide.org/) much like other working groups have done. I have attached a file with the testimonials within it. I am happy to review if the Eclipse Foundation team want to improve wording used.
