EclipseCon 2022 schedule display
Here are my thoughts on how we might show the EclipseCon schedule, based on our 2020 and 2021 experience. No action is required unless someone on the webdev team (or anyone added to this issue) would like to suggest a different approach.

On the EclipseCon website, do NOT use the Swapcard widget to display the schedule, but use our built-in method. This results in a very readable and useful schedule for display on a larger screen. See an example here.
-
Send the schedule data to Swapcard for display in the mobile app using the same method we used in 2020 and 2021 -- the script that is part of the EclipseCon website that sends talk data and speaker data to Swapcard.
The schedules will look a bit different, but I don't think that matters. Also, we will continue to use our "Big Paper Sign" method onsite at the conference to display each day's schedule in a big hard-copy format.
FYI, we are not having a printed program booklet this year, as we did for all our other versions of the F2F event.
