Adjustment to Open Regulatory Compliance Working Group Tile Position on Explore.php

Can we please move ORC WG Tile to the O section and then alphabetically within the O's.

I do believe the O tiles aren't in the correct order. It seems they should be:

open regulatory compliance open vsx openhw foundation openmdm openpass

And while moving the tile, is it possible to make ORC's logo larger/more clarity to read. It should be the same size as others that are very visible (Jakarta, IoT, eclipse) and so on. OpenMDM also seems to be very small on the page.
