When doing a google search for "Eclipse Foundation" on google, the top results is the foundation sub-page, not the homepage

In an attempt to resolve this issue, can you swap the canonical url so that it's / not /home (update the metatags from https://www.eclipse.org/home/ to https://www.eclipse.org/). The meta title may also be playing a role but let's start with this and see if it helps first
