Add Dataspace and Open Regulatory Compliance to specifications page

Under "Current Initiatives," we should add sections on Dataspace and Open Regulatory Compliance: https://www.eclipse.org/specifications/

Here is the content:

• Eclipse Dataspace: A forum to build and promote the specifications needed to create scalable, modular, extensible, industry-ready, interoperable, trusted and sovereign open source components based on open standards for dataspaces.
• Open Regulatory Compliance: The ORC WG aims to develop specifications for regulatory compliance that can be transformed into international standards.

Can we update the AsciiDoc logo to the current version as well?

I find it odd that we aren't using alphabetical order to list the WG's? I, of course, realize that is how it was done previously. Wouldn't alphabetical order make sense rather than creation date or am I missing something?

Agreed that alphabetical order would make sense since the list is now fairly long

I'd also like to see if we can make the logos more of the same size (if possible). Could be just my eyes but Dataspace and possibly ORC seems smaller or not as crisp?

I made some adjustments to the logo sizes @scorbett

Also, the working groups should now be alphabetically sorted.
